Skinny Spiked Strawberry Lemonade

1 cup strawberry flavored vodka
3 ½ tbsp. Truvia
2 cups of chopped fresh strawberries
4 cups of cold water divided
½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice

First, grab a blender and blend the strawberries, Truvia, and 1 cup of water on medium high for a minute or until it is completely pureed. If you don’t want pulp, you can strain the mixture. Then combine the mixture with the remaining ingredients. Stir, chill, and serve over ice.

Tip: Substitute sugar for Truvia to enjoy cocktails with fewer calories.


Tequila Blackberry Lemonade

2 oz. silver tequila
6 oz. of lemonade
¼ cup fresh blackberries, plus extra for garnish
Lemon for garnish and juice

Grab a mason jar and muddle blackberries, then top with crushed ice. Pour silver tequila and lemonade on top. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice and garnish with blackberries and a slice of lemon.

Tip: This drink is best served in mason jars. Plan ahead and make a big batch ahead of time.


Sangria Lemonade

1 bottle of Chardonnay or your favorite white wine (750 ml)
2/3 cup of light rum
1/2 cup of raspberries
½ gal. lemonade
1 orange, sliced
1 granny smith apple, sliced

Grab a large pitcher and combine lemonade, white wine, and rum. Stir ingredients and add in the fruit. Refrigerate for an hour, serve, and enjoy!

Tip: Add as many variations of fruit as you like, the more the better!



Lynchburg Lemonade

1 ½ oz. Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey
1 oz. of triple sec
1 oz. of lemon juice
4 oz. of lemon-lime soda

Grab a Collins glass filled with ice. Pour whiskey, triple sec, and lemon juice. Top off with the lemon-lime soda and stir.



Lemonade Rum Punch

2 oz. coconut rum
1 oz. dark rum
4 oz. lemonade
2 oz. pineapple juice

Grab a large glass filled with ice and pour lemonade, pineapple juice, coconut rum, and stir. Top it off with dark rum so it floats on top and slowly blends to give it an ombré look. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: You can also use a cocktail shaker if you prefer this drink shaken.
