The Grinch

2 oz. Midori liqueur
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. simple syrup
Maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Bad Santa

2 oz. flavored vodka (preferably cake or vanilla)
1/2 oz. cinnamon-flavored whisky
3/4 oz. lemon juice
2 dashes bitters
1 strawberry (halved)

Muddle strawberry then add all of the ingredients except cider to a shaker and shake. Next, strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top with apple cider beer, and garnish with half a strawberry.

1/2 oz. creme de menthe
1/2 oz. cinnamon-flavored whisky
1 oz. cream
5 mini candy canes
5 cinnamon candies

Mix all of the ingredients in a blender with ice and blend well. Pour into a martini glass or highball glass rimmed with crushed candy canes.

1.5 oz. vodka
1 oz. triple sec
1/2 cup peach-cranberry juice
Fresh cranberries (for garnish)

Combine ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, and pour into a martini glass. Rim glass, if desired, with coconut flakes, and garnish with cranberries.

Rudolph’s Tipsy Spritzer

1 1/2 cups vodka
5 cups orange juice
2 cups lemon-lime soda
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Lemon slices, fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Stir together all of the ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with lemon slices, and rosemary sprigs.
