Valentine’s Day may be all about lovers and romance, but Galentine’s Day is about celebrating all the wonderful women you call friends. Galentine’s Day became a holiday in 2010, after Amy Poehler’s character in Parks and Rec created this celebration that occurs every day on February 13th. If you’ve never heard of this tradition, this year is a great time to start celebrating all the wonderful women in your life. So, gather your gals and plan an evening to enjoy all your favorite things together. And because delicious cocktails are probably on your favorite things list, we have the perfect recipes for your Galentine’s Day Celebration.

Finally, top with the tonic water and garnish with a mint sprig.
