Apple Cider Mimosas

1 bottle champagne (750ml)
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. apple cider

Combine sugar and cinnamon on a small plate. Wet the rim of the champagne flutes and then dip in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Fill the flutes ¼ full with apple cider and then top off with champagne.

Thanksgiving Jungle Juice

2 bottles red wine
5 oz. cinnamon whiskey
5 oz. whiskey
32 oz. ginger ale
24 oz. cranberry juice
16 oz. frozen cranberries
1 orange, sliced
1 apple, sliced

Grab a punch bowl and combine all the ingredients, stir and serve. This Jungle Juice is made for sharing, it serves 8-10 people.

Cranberry Mules

2 oz. vodka or tequila
3 oz. ginger beer
2 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. lime juice, plus extra for garnish
1 package whole cranberries

Fill a copper mug with vodka/tequila, cranberry juice, ice and lime. Top with ginger beer, whole cranberries and garnish with lime wedge.

Apple, Pumpkin Beer Cocktail

8 oz. bourbon
12 oz. pumpkin ale
9 oz. apple cider
2 ½ oz. lemon juice
Cinnamon sticks and cranberries for garnish

Add the bourbon, apple cider and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into 4 glasses with ice. Pour the beer evenly into each glass and garnish with cinnamon sticks and cranberries.

Pumpkin-Oreo Spiked Milkshake

1 ½ oz. vodka
4 oz. milk
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
4 pumpkin spice Oreos, plus extra for garnish
Salted caramel, for drizzling

In a blender, add the vodka, pumpkin spice Oreos, vanilla ice cream and milk. Blend and then pour the mixture into a glass. Drizzle with the salted caramel sauce and garnish with Oreo pieces.
