1 cup bourbon
1-1 ½ cups triple sec

3 cups cognac
1 ½ cups triple sec
1 ½ cups lemon juice
Granulated sugar, for garnish

Combine the cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and 1 cup of filtered water in a pitcher or large bowl. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle sugar on a small plate. Rub the rims of each cocktail glass with lemon juice and dip in sugar.

Pineapple Rum Punch

½ cup white rum (or coconut rum)
1 bottle Prosecco, chilled
4 cups pineapple juice, chilled
Frozen pineapple (about 2 cups)

Pour pineapple juice, rum, and bottle of Prosecco into a large pitcher. Add frozen pineapple to keep it chilled. Serve chilled.

Creamsicle Punch

1 bottle champagne
2 cups vodka
1 liter ginger ale
2 qt. orange juice
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 orange, thinly sliced

In a large bowl, combine orange juice, vodka, ginger ale, and champagne. Carefully add scoops of vanilla ice cream and orange slices. Ladle into glasses and serve.

Watermelon Gin Punch

2 cups gin
1 cup simple syrup
4 cups fresh watermelon juice
1 cup lemon juice
12 sprigs fresh mint

Add watermelon chunks to blender and blend until liquefied. Pour juice through fine meshed sieve to remove solids. Add mint to a tall pitcher and muddle to release the oils. Pour in watermelon juice, simple syrup, lemon juice and gin. Stir to mix. Pour over ice and serve.
