Coquito
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz. can evaporated milk
2 large egg yolks
1-15 oz. Can unsweetened coconut milk
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup white rum
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Beat together the evaporated milk and egg yolks in a medium bowl. Strain into a 3-quart pot and simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool. Transfer the egg yolk mixture to a blender, and blend in batches. Add the remaining ingredients, blending at high speed until frothy. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled before serving.
Irish Flip
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
1 large egg
1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
1 oz. half-and-half
Ice
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the nutmeg and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cup and garnish with the grated nutmeg.

Eggnog White Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS
– Eggnog White Hot Chocolate
1/4 oz. International Delight Classic Nog
1/4 oz. whole milk
3 oz. white chocolate, finely chopped
1 1/2 oz. spiced rum
– Rum Whipped Cream
1/8 oz. heavy cream
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 ounce spiced rum
Sugar, for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS
– Eggnog White Hot Chocolate
Combine eggnog, milk, and white chocolate in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Allow chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally, and bring mixture just to a simmer.
Remove from heat and stir in rum. Pour into serving cup, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with sugar.

In the bowl, whip the cream, sugar, and rum together until cream holds peaks.

Spiced Rum Eggnog
INGREDIENTS
1 oz. spiced rum
4 oz. eggnog
1 pinch nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour rum into a small highball glass, and add eggnog. Stir together, top with nutmeg, and serve.

Kahlua Eggnog
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz. Kahlua® coffee liqueur
8 oz. eggnog
Whipped cream
Ground nutmeg for garnish
Instructions:
Add 1 1/2 oz. Kahlua to a cup of your favorite eggnog (or 3/4 cup of Kahlua per quart of eggnog). Stir. Top with whipped cream and ground nutmeg. Sit back and enjoy!
