INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

• 1 oz blended scotch
• 1 oz sweet vermouth
• 1 oz cherry liqueur
• 1 oz fresh orange juice
• 1 orange wheel for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill shaker with ice, add scotch, vermouth, cherry liqueur and orange juice
2. Shake well, strain into martini glass
3. Garnish with orange wheel

Black Widow Smash

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

• 2 oz tequila or mezcal
• 8 fresh blackberries, plus more for topping
• 2 tsp fresh rosemary, plus extra sprigs for serving
• 2 tbs honey
• juice from half of a lemon
• a couple dashes of orange bitter
• sparkling water

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In glass jar or shaker: add blackberries, rosemary, lemon juice and honey and mash all of the ingredients together
2. Add tequila and orange bitters and mix until well incorporated.
3. Strain and pour over ice and fill with sparkling water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with fresh rosemary and blackberries

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

• 2oz rum
• 3 oz ginger beer
• 1⁄2 oz lime juice
• fresh lime, cut into wheels (optional)
• candied ginger slices (optional)

• 2 oz hard cider ginger ale

• 1⁄2 oz Jägermeister
