Shamrock Sour Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. lime juice
½ tbsp. lemon juice
¼ cup simple syrup
2 oz. Irish whiskey
1 small drop of green food coloring
Lime wedges for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Then strain over ice and garnish with a lime wedge. Optional: add a shamrock stirrer.

St. Patrick’s Day Green Tea Cocktail


INGREDIENTS
½ tsp. green tea powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 shot whiskey
1 lime
10 mint leaves
Splash of club or lime soda

INSTRUCTIONS
In a mason jar with a lid add the green tea powder and 3 tablespoons of warm water. Then muddle the ingredients and add a few ice cubes and the whiskey. Cover with lid and shake until it is all blended. Then add a bit more ice and fill up with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves and a lime slice.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Irish cream liqueur
1 oz. tequila

1 stout beer
2 small scoops of vanilla ice cream

1 ½ oz. coffee liqueur
½ oz. amaretto liqueur
2 ½ oz. milk
Edible green and gold powder for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
