CELERY CUP

  • 1.5oz. Cucumber Gin or Vodka
  • 2” Celery Stalk
  • .25cup Cilantro
  • 1oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 oz Pimm’s
  • 4 Cucumber Wheels

In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber, celery, cilantro and lemon juice into a pulp. Add the Pimm’s, agave nectar and gin or vodka. Cover in ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain tall over fresh ice and garnish with a piece of celery.​
