Start a new tasty tradition this St. Patrick’s Day with one of our favorite St. Paddy’s Day cocktails!
Leprechaun (serves 1)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 6 oz tonic water
- Lemon Twist, for garnish
Instructions:
- Add ice to highball glass and then pour Irish Whiskey.
- Fill with tonic water and garnish with lemon twist.

Drunk Grasshoppers (serves 1)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz vodka
- ½ oz creme de menthe
- whipped cream, for garnish
- chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine chocolate liqueur, vodka, and creme de menthe to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
- Strain and pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Irish Cola (serves 1)
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Irish cream liqueur
- 4 oz cola
Instructions:
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice and add Irish Whiskey and Irish cream. Shake until chilled.
- Strain and pour into glass, then add cola very slowly (to prevent curdling) to glass.

Bailey’s Irish Float (serves 2)
Ingredients:
- 2 c. Guinness beer
- ½ c. Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ¼ c. chocolate syrup
Instructions:
- Start with two tall glasses and add 3 scoops ice cream to each.
- Pour 1 cup Guinness and ¼ cup Baileys to each glass. Top with chocolate syrup.

Irish Mule (serves 1)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 6 oz ginger beer
- 1 oz lime juice
- lime wedge, for garnish
- mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions:
- Add whiskey, ginger beer, and lime juice to copper mug and stir.
- Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.
