Spiked Sweet Tea

A refreshing twist to the traditional fan favorite thirst quencher.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. vodka
12 oz. sweet tea
1 handful of ice
1 sliced orange

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix vodka and sweet tea in a large glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange slice.

Yellowhammer Slammer


Alabama football’s best kept secret is fruity and goes down smoothly. The recipe remains a secret, but this version is a close alternative!

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. vodka
2 oz. rum
1 oz. amaretto
4 oz. orange juice
7 oz. pineapple juice
1 handful of ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix vodka, rum, amaretto, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Serve in a 20-ounce cup over ice.

Cola Combo

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best.

INGREDIENTS
10 oz. cola
2 oz. bourbon
1 lime wedge

INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour the bourbon, and top with cola. Stir gently with a swizzle stick and serve.

Berry Wine Spritzer


Pour a little bubbly in your glass for a refreshingly chilled afternoon cocktail.

INGREDIENTS
1 bottle red or white wine (sweeter wines work best) 

1 quart sparkling water or seltzer, chilled

½ pint blackberries

½ pint raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS
Fill the bottom of a large wine glasses with a mixture of blackberries and raspberries. Pour enough wine to cover berries and let stand for 10 minutes. Top glasses with seltzer when you are ready to serve.

Mini Beer Floats

It doesn’t get any better than pairing cold beer and ice cream to get you through those nail-biting moments.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup vanilla ice cream

½ cup beer (stouts, porters, and IPA’s work wonderfully)

3 tablespoons chocolate flavored syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a small ice cream scoop (about 1 tablespoon each), place 2 small scoops in 8 shot glasses each. Slowly pour about 1 tablespoon of beer into each shot glass. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon of chocolate flavored syrup. Serve immediately with small spoons.
