  • 1 oz chili mango infused rum
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Vermouth
  • Chili mango slice for garnish
  •  

Directions (makes 1 serving):

Build the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake, strain, and pour into an ice-filled rocks glass.

Add the chili mango slice as a garnish.

  • 3-4 fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 leaves mint
  • Lime slices and additional mint for garnish (optional)

  • .5 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz. fresh orange juice
  • .5 oz. vanilla syrup

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
