Tom Collins (Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- club soda
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- lemon wheels, for garnish
- maraschino cherry, for garnish
Instructions
- To a Collins glass add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill with ice and top with club soda and stir.
- Before serving, garnish with cherry and lemon wheel.

Frozen Boozy Arnold Palmer (Serves 4)
Ingredients
- 1 c vodka
- 3.5 c lemonade
- 3.5 c iced tea
- 4 ice trays
- lemon wheels for garnish
Instructions
- Divide 3 cups iced tea into 2 ice trays and divide 3 cups lemonade into remaining 2 ice trays. Chill remaining iced tea and lemonade separately in the refrigerator. Freeze ice trays until solid, about 3-4 hours.
- Add iced tea ice cubes to blender with remaining ½ cup tea and ½ cup vodka and blend till smooth. Pour blended tea into pitcher. Clean blender. Blend lemonade ice cubes, lemonade, and ½ cup vodka in blender till smooth.
- To Serve: Lean a large glass to one side and fill halfway with lemonade mixture. As you bring glass upright, pour in tea mixture to create swirl effect.Garnish with lemon wheels.

Godfather (Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 1 oz Scotch whisky
- 1 oz amaretto
- Orange twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Add scotch and amaretto to a pint glass. Fill glass with ice and stir to combine.
- Strain and pour into a rocks filled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with orange twist and serve!

New Fashioned (Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 1 oz tequila
- .25 oz agave nectar
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- orange peel, for garnish
- luxardo cherry, for garnish
Instructions
- Add tequila, agave nectar, and bitters to a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds.
- Strain and pour into rocks glass and add 1 large ice cube. Garnish with orange peel and cherry.

Black & Tan (Serves 1)
Ingredients
- 6 oz pale ale
- 6 oz stout
Instructions
- Fill pint glass halfway with 6 oz pale ale.
- Over the back of a spoon, slowly pour stout on top of pale ale until glass is filled. Enjoy!
