Big Game Party Cocktails!

Planning a party for the game? We have some drinks we think you’ll like. From Sangria to Spiked Root Beer, theres something here that’s sure to please your crowd! For more ideas, check out our recipes from last year’s game HERE!

 

Red Zone (Serves 1)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 parts vodka
  • 1 part peach schnapps
  • 3 parts cranberry juice
  • splash of sour mix
  • apple slices for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass with ice.
  2. Garnish with slices of apples.

Spike Root Beer (Serves 1)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz rum
  • 12 oz root beer
  • whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour root beer into glass and add ice and rum.
  2. Top with whipped cream

Game Day Sangria Cocktail (Serves 8)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 12 oz hard apple cider
  • 8 oz ginger ale
  • 32 oz unfiltered apple cider or apple juice
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 lemon sliced into wheels
  • 1 apple, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine wine, hard cider, cider or juice, ginger ale, and lemon juice into a pitcher or large punch bowl.
  2. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon wheel and apple slices.

Black Cherry Cola Smash (Serves 2)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz cherry brandy
  • 1 can of cola
  • 6 black cherries, pitted
  • juice of half a lime plus wedges to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add cherries, bourbon, and cherry brandy to shaker. Middle the cherries with a muddling spoon. Fill shaker with ice and shake.
  2. Fill 2 rocks glasses with ice. Strain and pour over ice. Top with cola and garnish with lime wedge.

Sweet Tea Cocktail (Serves 1)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz sweet tea vodka
  • 3 oz lemonade
  • 2 pieces of chopped cucumber
  • 3 raspberries
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • lemon wheel for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add cucumber, mint, raspberries, and ice to a shaker and muddle. Add lemonade and vodka and shake.
  2. Pour into high ball glass and garnish with lemon wheel.
